Once your order has completed production, shipping transit times will apply as outlined below:

Estimated Arrival Date = Processing Time + Transit Time

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and insured up to $200. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your cart includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items and you select expedited shipping within the U.S., we’ll ship each item using the most appropriate method—custom items via expedited service and ready-to-ship pieces via standard shipping—to ensure timely delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that cancellation requests be submitted within 12 hours of purchase, as orders move quickly into production.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to accept returns on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Made-to-order jewelry may be eligible for resizing or reworking for a small service fee
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return
  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed, minus a $6 return processing fee
  • Refunds are issued only if the return is due to an error on our part

Please Note:

  • Returns that are late or do not follow return instructions may not be accepted
  • Return processing can take up to 2 weeks, depending on order volume
