In 1996, Yasuhiro Mihara started "Mihara Yasuhiro" as a shoe brand.
He entered the Department of Textile Design at Tama Art University in 1993. He began making shoes on his own in 1994 while still a student. In 1996, with the support of a shoe manufacturer, he launched "archi doom." After graduating from university, he changed the name to "MIHARAYASUHIRO" and began as a collection brand.
With the theme of shoes and clothing that are both stoic and playful, with ideas that are not bound by existing frameworks and in-depth design work, his designs continue to attract attention both domestically and internationally.
