But with his latest project, Greg Ginn and The Royal We, it's safe to say hard-core Ginn fans have never heard the guitarist make music quite like this. A musician with many interests, Ginn launched Greg Ginn and the Royal We early this year to pursue a burgeoning interest in more electronic-based sounds. To that end, Ginn is the lone instrumentalist, alternating between electric guitar, synthesizer and theremin on long-form compositions built on prerecorded rhythmic loops.
