BluRay set does come with the digital copy and I believe it is still valid. It has an expiration date of 12/31/17, but when I checked it on the Fandango website, it prompted me to sign into my account to finalize the redemption, indicating the code should still be active.
I cannot guarantee that the code is valid, but I am pretty sure it is.
