- Turret Positioner Crimper:Wire crimp range is 12-22AWG, designed for crimping deutsch size 12, 16, 20 solid contacts. The positioner contains three different specifications of the positioning core, each core corresponds to the different positioning turret colors (red-size 16, black-size 20, blue-size 12), and rotates to the right color according to the different terminal specifications.
- Enlarged Wire Seals for 14AWG: Compared to 16AWG, 14AWG wires have better redundancy for reliable electrical performance. we've developed several customized yellow waterproof seals (2 3 4 cavities) for 14AWG wires to ensure easy insertion. In various applications, you can swap the seal as needed, providing flexible maintenance for your electrical connections.
- Deutsch Size 16 20 Solid Contacts: The solid terminals have strong stability and conductivity, nickel plating also makes terminals resistant to corrosion and wear, easy to crimping with wire and installing into connector.
- DT DTM Connectors: Both DT and DTM connectors have 2 3 4 6 8 and 12 cavity types, all DT series connector are made of PA66 nylon,durable and waterpoof,convenient to connect and disconnect,suitable for long time use.
