I bought these to do the Elvie hack for elastic nipples. The 24 MM fits inside the Elvie flange and the 19 MM fits inside the 24 MM to make it a proper fit for those needing a 19 MM flange. It’s supposed to make it possible for those with elastic nipples to pump and also to be more comfortable for those who need more comfort than the Elvie provides. I did the research, bought the flanges, then never got around to trying them before I stopped pumping.
