Beautiful new with tags Chuck Clemency Sterling silver ring with a teardrop blue quartz gemstone. The quartz is surrounded by clear quartz as well! This has a unique split shank. This is a simple but beautiful ring from an amazing designer. I have tested the gemstones with a Presidium Gem Tester
