This is a genuine U.S. Navy officer's cap and dress blue uniform. The rank is Captain. This is the same uniform worn by Rooster and Hangman in the second Top Gun movie during the Iceman's funeral scene. I tried it on once after purchasing it and have kept it carefully stored in a suit cover in a dark place. Feel free to comment if you have any questions. Items can be sold separately.
