There is no box. What you see is what you get. Beautiful set regardless. I personally love the older wooden games so much better. Comes with 4 tile holders and 100 tiles (hard to believe). This edition is manufactured by Selchow & Righter Co. New York
Besides the missing box and the tattered cardboard piece of the box this in in really good shape for a game of its age. I can just imagine how many disagreements and eye rolls there have been. LOL
