Set of 2 pumps, both work excellent only used for 3 months. The pumps come with pumps, carrying bag, power supply, & milk bags. There is only one flange, but everyone is different sizes and those are relatively cheep once you determine your exact size. Everything was was well taken care of. I have included photos of everything that is included.
